Privacy Policy.

Last updated 6 February 2026. What we collect, why we hold it, and the control you keep.

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how GoldMindForever ("GMF") handles personal data when you browse the platform, hold an account, publish work, take part in challenges, message other members, or purchase a membership.

2. Data we collect

Account data — email address, password credentials handled by our authentication provider, and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile details that provider returns.

Profile data — display name, username, bio, avatar and cover images, location, links, and creative categories you choose to add.

Content data — the work you upload, its titles, descriptions, tags, and any challenge submissions, together with likes, comments, saves, follows, and votes.

Communications — direct messages, collaboration requests, and reports you send to moderation.

Payment data — membership tier, subscription status, and invoice history. Card details are entered directly with our payment provider and are never stored on GoldMindForever.

Technical data — limited log and device information used to keep the service secure and to detect vote manipulation and abuse.

3. Why we use it

To operate your account and profile; to host and display your work; to run challenges, voting, and rankings fairly; to deliver notifications and messages; to process membership payments; to detect fraud, spam, and vote manipulation; to respond to reports and enforce our rules; and to improve the platform.

We process this data to perform our agreement with you, to meet legal obligations, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a safe, credible platform.

4. What is public and what is not

Your profile, published work, follower counts, public engagement counts, challenge entries, and ranking positions are visible to anyone. Drafts, private or followers-only content, direct messages, collaboration requests, reports you file, email address, billing details, and internal moderation records are not public.

Anti-fraud and vote-integrity signals are kept internal and are never exposed on public pages.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that make the platform work — hosting and database infrastructure, authentication, media storage, email delivery, and payment processing — each acting under contract and only for those purposes. We may also disclose data where legally required or to protect the safety of members.

6. Retention

Account, profile, and content data is kept while your account is active. Payment and invoice records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law. Moderation and audit records are retained after account deletion so that enforcement decisions remain accountable, and are kept separate from your public presence.

7. Your rights

You can access and correct your profile at any time in settings, export a copy of your data, and delete your account. Deletion removes your public profile and published work from the platform, subject to the retention rules above. You may also object to certain processing or ask us to restrict it.

To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@goldmindforever.com. If you are in the UK or EEA you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Security

Access to member data is restricted at the database level so that members can read and change only their own records, administrative actions require verified server-side permissions, and every moderation action is logged. Payment secrets and service credentials are held server-side only and are never exposed to the browser.

9. Children

GoldMindForever is not intended for children under 16. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under that age, we will remove it.

10. Changes and contact

We will announce material changes to this policy on the platform. Questions or requests: privacy@goldmindforever.com.
