Terms of Service.

GoldMindForever ("GMF", "we", "us") operates a creator discovery, competition, and collaboration platform. By creating an account, browsing the platform, uploading work, entering a challenge, voting, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 16 years old to hold an account, and at least 18 to enter challenges that award prizes or to purchase a paid membership.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that takes place under your account. One person or organisation may not operate multiple accounts to inflate votes, followers, or rankings.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, our Community Guidelines, or Challenge Rules. Where an account is suspended, the reason is recorded and you may contact support to appeal.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant GoldMindForever a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for display formats, and publicly present your work for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform — for example in discovery feeds, challenge pages, rankings, and featured placements. This licence ends when you delete the work, except for copies retained in backups or where we are required to keep records.

When you publish or submit work, you confirm that it is your original creation or that you hold all rights needed to share it, including rights to any samples, images, likenesses, or third-party material it contains.

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or deliberately deceptive material. Do not scrape the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt to access other members' private data, or use automated systems to generate engagement.

Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Content may be hidden or removed and accounts warned, suspended, or terminated where these rules are broken.

Challenges are free to enter unless a specific challenge states otherwise. Each challenge publishes its own eligibility criteria, dates, judging method, and prize details, and those challenge-specific rules apply in addition to these terms.

Votes are recorded and validated server-side. You may not vote for your own entry, vote more than once for the same entry in a voting period, or use additional accounts, paid services, or automation to influence results. Entries found to breach fair play may be disqualified; the action and its reason are recorded in our internal audit log.

Results shown before a challenge is finalised are provisional. Community rankings are generated from validated activity and are clearly distinguished from editorially featured creators.

Pro and Elite memberships are recurring subscriptions billed in advance through our payment provider. Prices are shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period.

A paid membership provides platform features only. It does not purchase followers, votes, prize wins, guaranteed reach, employment, representation, or any specific outcome.

We do not store your card details. Payment data is handled by our payment provider under its own terms.

If you believe content on GoldMindForever infringes your rights, use our Copyright/Takedown page to submit a notice. We review valid notices, may remove the content, and record repeat infringement against the uploading account.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoldMindForever is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the platform.

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Deletion removes your public profile and published work from the platform, subject to records we are required to retain, such as payment and moderation records.
